How do I place an order?

To place an order, select your items, add them to your cart, and follow the prompts through our secure checkout.

How do I submit payment for my order?

You will enter your payment information at the time of check out. When you are ready to complete your order, you will follow the prompts to complete your payment.

How are shipping fees calculated?

Shipping fees are determined by the total price of your order.  Fees are listed at checkout. We use the United States Postal Service for your orders, shipping to the continental U.S. and worldwide. 

·       $0.00-$50.00 = $11.00

·       $50.01-$100.00 = $13.00

·       $100.01-$200.00 = $15.00

·       $200.00 + = 10% of your order amount. 

What are the accepted payment methods?

All major credit cards are accepted.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 14-21 days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipping. After processing, your order will arrive in 5-7 business days for U.S. shipping and 10-15 days for international orders.

Can I change my order after it's placed?

Once you have submitted payment for your order, it can no longer be changed via the site. If you need to modify your order, please contact us directly at wwpshop@linksmg.comYou can find our contact details in the “Contact Us’ link.  

What is your return/exchange policy?

We accept returns or exchange of damaged or sizing issues within 30 business days of receipt of your purchase. To be eligible for your return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

I accidentally added an item to my cart. How do I remove it?

You can edit or remove the quantities in your cart. 

·       To change the quantity, enter the new total and select update. 

·       To remove the item select the remove button.

How do I know if my order went through?

You will receive an email confirmation when the order is placed.

You can also view your order history on your account.

Can I place a rush order?
